Dr. Wayne Grudem became Research Professor of Theology and Biblical Studies at Phoenix Seminary in 2001 after teaching at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School for 20 years. He has served as the President of the Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, as President of the Evangelical Theological Society (1999), and as a member of the Translation Oversight Committee for the English Standard Version of the Bible. He also recently served as the General Editor for the ESV Study Bible (October 2008).
Dr. Grudem has written more than 100 articles for both popular and academic journals, and his numerous books include: Systematic Theology: An Introduction to Biblical Doctrine (Zondervan, 1994), The Gift of Prophecy in the New Testament and Today (Crossway Books, 2000), The First Epistle of Peter (TNTC), Evangelical Feminism and Biblical Truth (Multnomah, 2004), and Business for the Glory of God (Crossway Books, 2003). Additionally, Dr. Grudem has edited numerous books, including Are Miraculous Gifts for Today? Four Views (Zondervan, 1996) and Recovering Biblical Manhood and Womanhood: A Response to Evangelical Feminism (co-edited with John Piper) (Crossway Books, 1991). |
